There are also five smaller rooms that can be used for meetings, workshops, classes, etc. The capacity and prices of these rooms are as follows;
Liberator Room $195 ( holds approx. 30 attendees)
Lightening II Room $275 (holds approx. 60 attendees)
Falcon Room $275 (holds approx. 60 attendees)
Peacemaker Room $195 (holds approx. 30 attendees)
Raptor Room $195 ( holds approx. 27 attendees)
Trinity/Brazos Ballroom $600 with 8ft. tables and stack chairs or $700 with seminar tables and ergonomic chairs...depending on availability
The meeting rooms are equipped with seminar tables, ergonomic chairs, white board, screen, TV/VCR or DVD player, internet connection and phone line. LCD projectors are available upon request @ $50.00. Flip chart and easel available @ $19.50 ea.
