LMRA has gift certificates for:

Personal Training - private sessions $37 each or $320 a 10 pack;

group sessions $50 each or $420 a 10 pack. Recipient must be a fitness center member to use certificate.                

Massage Therapy Services including Hot Stone, Orthopedic, Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Pre-natal.  For members purchasing certificates the fees are 30 min for $30 and 1 hour for $52.   For non- LMRA Fitness Center members purchasing certificates the fees are 30 min for $35 and 1 hour for $62.

Polar  Heart Rate Monitors  -  LMRA has Polar models FT40 ($135), FT60 ($180),  RS300 ($135), and FS1 ($59) for sale.  Along with the sale of any of these models you’ll receive advice on setup and use with Certified Heart Rate Training Specialist Joy Havner.  If you intend to purchase a monitor please contact Joy at ext. 32025 for advice on selection and delivery at one of our LMRA locations.

Fitness Center Membership.  What better gift than a gift for improving health.  If you don’t want to buy a full year, consider a 3 or 6 month membership gift.
